I’m so tired of his robotic voice that I don’t even like this hook that much anymore. Niggas talking ’bout my hair line / I laugh about it, I be feelin’ them / See, we both be making M’s / They be making memes, I be making millions. I’m not really sure how I feel about him defending his catastrophic hairline. If he was just rapping that’d be cool, but he’s singing with a LOT of autotune. I don’t know why I only expected him to do the hook. It’s also kinda hard to take him seriously when he’s saying “litty.” Oh shit he actually has a verse. Although he does kinda just sound like Travi$ Scott with a higher voice since there’s so much goddamn autotune on his voice. The first verse from Meek was nothing special, but I really like this hook from Tory. He’s using that triplet flow that’s been popularized by the Migos in recent years. I shouldn’t judge this song by its title. …Litty? Does… Is that… What? “LITTY?” Are you fucking shitting me? Smh… Did some rich white Valley girl help him come up with the song titles for this project? That’s so fucking corny. If it came on the radio I wouldn’t be in a rush to change whatever station it was on, but I’m not gonna go out of my way to hear it again. I definitely enjoyed it more than the previous track, but I don’t think I’d ever have the desire to play this shit again. I really don’t know how I feel about this one. The first verse wasn’t too exciting lyrically, but his flow wasn’t bad. The way the beat switches up as soon as the first verse starts is really dope. I don’t think this is terrible, but uh… It’s pretty wack to me. His flow was kinda cool on the second verse, but nah… This isn’t really doin’ much for me.
The lyrics are very generic, which is to be expected I guess. I don’t like Meek’s flow on this first verse either. I don’t have a problem with the decision to sample O Fortuna, but the way it’s flipped just sounds kinda disjointed to me.
This motherfucker really rapped over O Fortuna.
